Innovations in Ceramic Art
03/03/2018 - 04/03/2018
You can call yourself an artist, ceramicist or potter, we do not mind. What we care about and what we are looking for to take part in the next Innovations in Ceramic Art are people who produce quality work with clay. We are keen to include work by artists who challenge what can be achieved with the medium, regardless of it being destined for domestic, gallery or any other settings.
This will be the third Innovations – this time we have moved the show from the Autumn to early Spring 2018. It will be the first major ceramics show of the year, three weeks before Ceramic Art London.
We have kept stand prices the same as last year, but added to the choice available. Because of our partnership with the Craft Potters Association their members will receive a 10% discount. We are not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay on these prices. We hope to be using the same contractors in the Large Guildhall who will be supplying the same high quality shell scheme as previous years.
For this show we are challenging ourselves to be innovative: we are asking artists to submit ideas for installation(s) in the Small Guildhall, rather than a traditional stands. It is a flexible space and the installations can be 12 and 45 square metres. The price will be open to negotiation. It is a blank canvas only limited by your imagination (and health and safety!) We are keen to hear from you.
Innovations in Ceramic Art is organised by Online Ceramics, a leading internet based gallery, in association with the Anglian Potters and Craft Potters Association.
